1. Are my details safe if I buy online?


a) Secure payments
Your payment details are entered directly on to a secure server provided by SagePay. Gerrys of Morecambe do not hold your credit card details at any stage during or after any transaction. We like ensure you have security and peace of mind.

b) Privacy Policy
You can rest assure that your personal data is safe at Gerry's and will not be passed on to any other parties.  For more details see our Privicy policy.

 

2. How do I buy online?

If you would like to join our loyalty scheme please make sure you register as a customer and do not choose to buy without registering.

If you are an existing customer but have not used our new website you must also re-register. To do this please click  MY ACCOUNT, enter your email address in the box and request a password. You may then log in and create your own password.

Once you have selected your items, simply complete the following steps:

- Click “Add to basket”

- Continue to checkout

- Enter your delivery and billing details

- Pay and confirm your order

 

3. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. But a written order, a copy of a utility bill confirming your address, a cheque gaurantee card number where applicable must all be sent through the post with the cheque

 

4. How long does it take to get my order?

All orders placed before 2pm will leave the same day provding there are no stock or payment issues.

Goods will be despatched with Royalmail or by FedEx Courrier Service.

 
Royal Mail first class.
We send the majority of our small orders out this way. They generally take around 2-5 days go get to any mainland UK address. The highlands and islands of the U.K can take up to 7 days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We use this service for small parcels under 2kg which are requested next day or contain small goods that have a value in excess of £60. This is Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm .

FedEx.
We use this service for any parcels over 2kg. 98% of deliverys arrive next day and can be tracked as soon as they leave us.

5. Returns & Refunds

We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.

If we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods. Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can, If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us a long with a cover note with your name, address and contact details along with a note explaining the circumstances of the damage.  Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacments can be issued.

6. Price matches

We will try our best to price match any price from reputable main stream dealers. Please drop us an email or call us if you find something cheaper.
