The new Tournament Linear X free-spool BR reel is superb.The BR system uses Daiwa's positive and safe 'pull back' lever with the tension adjuster easily accessible at the rear. The reel is easily capable of retrieving 89cm per handle turn and has one of the lowest gear ratios Daiwa have ever applied to a reel. The spool skirt houses an enhanced and patented line clip developed specifically for the Linear range. Featuring a special internal line friendly collar and spring loading this clip of which there are two on the X version has been created to assist with distance control where required.
