Can I firstly thank you for sorting this out and then secondly confirm that the replacement Preston’s trolley has just arrived 12.00 – 12.30 hrs Monday 24^th January 2011, signed for by my wife Mrs Pauline Christopher by FedEx (Driver – Mr Personality – NOT).

I however state again that as far as I am concerned you as a Company have nothing to apologise for – due to the fact that as FedEx admit – they received the goods for delivery from you and have allegedly delivered it - SOMEWHERE !!!!.

This will not I can assure you not affect me dealing with you in the future if I require any further fishing equipment.
