Fox Edges Inline Drop Off Kit The Drop Off Inline Lead Kit instantly converts any Fox Inline Lead to be fished drop off style. Use without the tail rubber to drop the lead on the take or with the tail rubber to drop the lead should the fish become snagged. FEATURES • Designed for use with Fox inline leads to allow them to be fished drop-off style. • Simply remove the insert from the lead and cut off the thin section, place the rubber back into the bottom of the lead. The Insert from the Drop Off kit then threads onto your line and is placed into the top of the lead. When you get a take the lead will eject but the insert will stay on the line. • Comes supplied with a tail rubber if you want to increase the amount of pressure required to eject the lead. • 5 inserts and 5 tail rubbers per kit • Perfect when fishing inline leads on weedy/snaggy lakes. EDGES™ The new Edges range is made up of a whole host of end tackle products that have each individually been designed to make the rigs you tie better than they have ever been. Within the range you will find leaders, hooklinks, clips, sleeves, shrink tube and gizmo’s that have been designed in conjunction with their consultant and underwater diver Rob Hughes, so that their colours and appearance best match a whole host of different lakebed make-ups – a massive ‘edge’ in itself!

Korda Cog Kit A lead system that betters the hooking qualities of an inline, yet casts like a lead clip, with all its safety benefits? It doesn’t exist, right? Well, such a product is in tackle shops from tomorrow. After what seems like ages in the development, the COG system is finally here, in physical form. COG stands for Centre of Gravity, which is a reference to the unique way that the hook link is attached to the heaviest part of the lead, giving instant, unparalleled hooking. Put simply, this system has been designed to convert more pick-ups into fish on the bank. So, why did it take so long? Well, simply put, we tested it, tweaked it, changed it and then changed it back again across the space of a few years. The whole sampling process takes an awfully long time and because the end result had to work flawlessly, each stage was tested rigorously. Right through from early testing, to DVD sessions at Gigantica and intense scrutiny in front of the unblinking Underwater cameras, the COG has proven itself to be a genuine advantage. In order to truly take advantage of the unique attributes that the COG possesses, you need to be aware of its limitations. Crucially, it must be used with tubing or leadcore, and in testing we found that, although effective with more supple links, it is more suited to the stiffer hook links, such as IQ, Hybrid Stiff and N-Trap Semi Stiff. They help to eliminate tangles and kick that hook bait away from the COG, ensuring that a fish picking the hook bait up feels the full hooking impact of the system immediately. To aid the kicking-away process, we’d recommend that you give critically balanced ‘wafter’ hook baits a go with your stiff-rig setups. The one rig that stands head and shoulders above all others for use with the COG is Danny Fairbrass’ IQ D Rig. You only have to look at the Underwater filming to understand just how effective that pairing can be. When to use it then? Well, it’s best used over firm lake beds like gravel, sand and firm silt, rather than weed, when you’re better to reach for the Heli-Safe system. It can be cast every bit as far as a normal lead clip system, although when going for extreme range, it’s worth dispensing with any PVA bags as the impact could force the half-swivel out of the lead. For margin work and placing from boats, the COG is simply unrivalled. Initially, there are just two lead shapes available, flat pear and distance, which should cover you for most fishing situations. The flat pear version is best used for closer range, lowering or dropping from a boat, whereas the distance version is the one to reach for if you’re having to go long for your fish. One point well worth noting is that the COG boom sections are numbered (on the swivel) because it’s essential that they are used with the correct lead. If you use the wrong boom with the wrong lead, the setup simply won’t work as intended. We’ve had reports of great results from all those who’ve been able to use samples so far, and we’re excited to see how much of an impact the COG has on your angling too. We aren’t claiming that the COG is the answer to all your fishing problems, but it certainly does take bolt-rig technology forwards, while retaining the inherent safety of the lead clip. One thing’s for sure, it’s set to catch an awful lot of fish this year…

THERE ARE 2 TYPES The leader with a size 8 ring swivel on the end is best used with our inline leads lead clips running rigs and method feeders. Once wet all these types of lead system will easily slip over the tungsten collars and the welded loop at the end of the leader. When the leaders are dry products such as inline leads and method feeders will stick to the tungsten sections and you will think they are unsafe. However when wet they slip over them with ease and lets face it when underwater they`ll always be moist. Secondly there is the Hybrid Lead Clip Leader which feature the safest lead clip possible fixed into a swivel followed by a matching Tail Rubber. All the leaders have two lengths of tungsten melted onto them one third and two thirds of the way down the length to ensure the whole leader sinks to the lake bed on a slack line. Compare them to anything else on the market and it is blatantly obvious a great deal of thought has gone into them. We have made them in 1m lengths which is longer than the original versions.
Korda Lead Clip Action Pack Korda Lead Clip Action Pack

Korda Lead Clip Action Pack Being brutally honest there is a lot of rubbish written about how to use a lead clip properly. The essence of the system is that it will allow a snagged lead to pull off the rig thus releasing the fish from the unseen snag or weed bed so you land it rather than lose it. If you were attached to a really big carp would you forfeit the lead to guarantee you landed the carp? We know we would and it`s a small price to pay. All Korda packaging is overflowing with information on how to use the products effectively. This booklet expands and reinforces that information. The basic rule of the lead clip system is the lead must eject before the swivel pulls out. If the swivel comes out first the lead will never eject. Instead the line will pull back and forth through the system like a running rig leaving the lead snagged and the fish too! Consisting of : 5 Lead clips 5 Rubbers 5 Size 8 swivels Korda rig tube has a 0.75mm bore it has a smooth matt finish making it easy to thread.

Korda Ready Made Chod Rigs Our new ready-tied chod rigs really are perfection in a packet! Not only are they super-convenient they’re also flawlessly tied. In fact we’re not sure that any of our experienced chod-rig anglers Danny Fairbrass included could tie a neater version! Each rig has been tied to exacting standards using the knots and techniques that Danny uses for his own rigs. That means that each ready-tied rig has been constructed using Dan’s special whipping knot which gives unrivaled neatness and allows the knot to sit perfectly on the shank. What’s more rather than simply releasing one version we’ve taken into consideration the fact that some anglers prefer short choddies whereas others like a longer version and released both types. So if you like your choddies short like Darrell Peck’s naked chod rig or you prefer them longer like Adam Penning’s traditional leadcore rig then you’ll find a rig to suit. The rigs are tied with Mouth Trap which instantly places them above all other ready-tied chods simply because it’s the most workable material ever! The Mouth Trap is tied to the ever-reliable Choddy hook which practically guarantees a secure hook hold. We will be releasing both barbed and barbless versions which come supplied in packs of three
Korda Ready Tied Dark Matter Carp Rig Korda Ready Tied Dark Matter Carp Rig
£2.49

Korda Dark Matter Rigs A lot of thought has gone into this set-up, with Korda’s Neil Spooner having used it for years to perfect it, and it is his ‘take anywhere rig’ that he has used to great effect to land carp of all different sizes! The Wide Gape hook pattern is incredible in terms of it’s hooking potential anyway, but has been enhanced even more by the addition of a short length of shrink tube that helps to make the hook turn even more aggressively when in a carp’s mouth, and a small piece of silicon tubing on the shank of the hook ensures the hair comes off at the optimum point. The rig comes supplied with free extender hair stops, meaning that it is compatible with all different sized baits, and allows you to effectively change the length of the hair and separation between your bait and hook simply by using a different type of bait stop. It is tied on Dark Matter braid which is heavy and sinks incredibly well, meaning that it hugs the contours of the lake bed – although being a braid it can help avoid any chance of a tangle if you add a PVA bag or stringer when you cast out. Different breaking strains of Dark Matter braid have been chosen to make them suitable for the size of hook – with size 8 and size 10 rigs coming on 15lb breaking strain; size 4 and size 6 are on 20lb; and size 2 on 30lb. All of the hook sizes come in a choice of barbed or barbless, and the other end of the hook link is finished with a size 8 swivel attached loop style, and this means that it will fit all the popular lead arrangements, and can also be used on the Kwik Link or QC Swivel. Korda Ready Tied IQ D Rigs These new IQ D-Rigs are easily the most talked-about presentation from the latest Underwater films. Not only that but the rig’s inventor, Danny Fairbrass, has used it to great effect both at home and abroad in the last couple of seasons. He’s been steadily tweaking the rig to get it working perfectly, and you can benefit because it’s now available in ready-tied form. It has to be said that Dan’s version of the D-rig can be a little daunting to tie, so we’ve taken all the complexity out of your fishing with these impeccably tied ready rigs. They have been hand-tied to Dan’s exacting specifications, even down to the whipping knot. The IQ D-rig is a fabulous rig to use for wary carp, thanks to its inherent stiffness and the superb anti-eject properties that the swivel sliding on the large D arrangement gives. The IQ D-rig is perfect for use with a boilie approach and Dan nearly always uses it with one of his wafter hook baits, which just sit above the hook when on the lake bed. The rigs are available in barbed and barbless variants, and in sizes four, which is tied to 15lb IQ2, six, which is tied to 12lb IQ2 and eight, which is tied to 10lb IQ2.

Korda Running Rig Kit Korda Running Rig Kit

Korda Hybrid Running Rig System Korda Hybrid Running Rigs are a cross breed of the best parts of modern running rigs. The large eye of the special swivel creates very little friction greatly enhancing bite indication. The small lead link and silicone sleeve combine to form a very neat tangle free system. The rig can be left on your rods minus the lead in between sessions too maximising bank time. Running rigs offer better indication of what is happening at the rig end. When fish are picking up the rig and getting away with it running rigs will show this more accurately. Using low-stretch monos will also greatly enhance the indication. This way you can shorten the hook link or make the hook bigger to turn pick-ups into runs. A running rig also acts totally differently to a semi-fixed set-up when the carp picks up the bait because the lead will always run away from the fish. This can work well on waters where standard bolt rigs are overfished.
Korda Safe Zone Kamo Leader Ring Swivel Korda Safe Zone Kamo Leader Ring Swivel
£5.50

Korda Safe Zone Leaders Make no mistake the rig you are using at this very moment can be seen by the carp and the brighter the sun and the clearer the water the more it stands out. Fortunately competitive feeding and being lucky enough for the rig to lay right every now and again does lead to captures. However don’t kid yourself your rigs ability to blend into its background will affect your run rate. I have seen that the less they feel they are being fished for the more bites you will get. This totally unique experience has shown me that if we can create a `Safe Zone` around the hook bait then we will get more bites. This is why korda are the only company selling several different colours of all their rig items so that you have the option of matching your rig to the lake bed it will be resting on. So how do we know the new Safezone leaders really do blend in? Because they actually took samples of the different types of lake bed and sent them to the manufacturers so they could colour match to some actual Silk Weed Gravel Silt and Clay. To you and I the colours may not look right but simply drop them in on the type of lake bed we say they are suited to and watch them disappear.

Fox Edges Micro Tungsten Chod Bead Kit Micro Tungsten Chod Bead kits have been manufactured in a semi translucent khaki colour to blend in on the lake bed and are weighted to ensure maximum rig concealment. Designed with a plastic Slik® insert for improved rotation of the swivel, the bead slides directly onto the mainline without a leader. During the fight the bead slides down the main line into the buffer sleeve. The buffer sleeves also feature a moulded hole to allow the rig to be set up with a drop off lead.

Korda Dark Matter Helicopter / Chod Leader Avalible in Clay Weed Gravel Silt Clear 1m / 30lb / 13.6kg Korda Safezone Leaders provide maximum abrasion resistance with excellent camouflage and sinking properties to hide your end tackle from wary fish. The Helicopter or Chod rig are perfect for fishing in weedy or silty conditions.
Korda QC Booms 7.5" Korda ready tied Qc Booms are an easy way to create the boom section of the spinner rig, one of the most popular and effective carp catching rigs around at the moment Features Created from 25lb Korda Boom Excellent Anti tangle properties 3 per pack Quick change swivels incorporated Available in 2 lengths
We will be releasing both barbed and barbless versions which come supplied in packs of three
Korda Dark Matter Rigs A lot of thought has gone into this set-up, with Korda’s Neil Spooner having used it for years to perfect it, and it is his ‘take anywhere rig’ that he has used to great effect to land carp of all different sizes! (1 per pack)
The Krank Ready Rigs were spawned from Tom Dove’s personal fishing over the last few years and each rig has been tied to his own exacting specifications, right down to the amount of coating to be stripped back. The rigs are tied with the new Kamo coated braid which has been extremely popular since launch. For ultimate versatility, we’ve launched barbed and barbless versions in sizes ten up to two. The packs are supplied with Extenda Stops for convenience.

Korda Zig Kit The Zig Kit is the ultimate adjustable setup! The precision blow-moulded float is the optimum size to allow the float to easily rise to the surface, whilst being compact enough to allow long range fishing and the light grey colour ensures it's unobtrusive midwater, regardless of the light/water conditions. The float features a soft insert that houses the (supplied) size 11 QC Swivel, this reduces the profile of the float and helps to prevent tangles. A clear anti-tangle sleeve is also supplied. The crucial feature of the boom section is the ball bearing swivel, the swivel ensures the rapid rotation of the boom and prevents the float tangling, the buoyant ball ensures the link sits up over any debris allowing the float to rise freely. The kit contains everything needed to set up an adjustable zig set-up. just add: PVA Foam, a lead, hooklength/bait and you're away! 1 per pack
