Tronix Guerilla 6500 Mono Mag L/H Reel

Designed for distance casting, its fitted with a single magnetic brake commonly known to be the best-performing reel for ultra-long distances and a favorite on casting courts. The magnetic braking system allows you to free off the pressure on the spool to the bare minimum to reduce friction on the spool. This will enable you to slow down or speed up the rotation of the spool via an adjustable knob on the side of the reel.

Magnetic brakes have stood the test of time and are the number one way anglers adjust multiplier reels for casting. In addition to the braking system, the floating spool has been made to a high tolerance which makes it ultra-free running; this lack of friction makes the reel fly. As with any fast-running reel, you will need to fine-tune the reel to get the very best out of it.
