The Fox Frontier II – X Deluxe Wrap is a specifically designed overwrap for the larger Fox Frontier II – X bivvy. While it shares many of the same features as the standard Deluxe Wrap, it is sized and shaped to perfectly fit the increased dimensions of the “X” model, providing the same benefits of protection, insulation, and space for a bigger shelter.

Extended Front Coverage: The “X” Deluxe Wrap extends the front of your Frontier II – X bivvy by an extra 60cm. This creates a covered porch area that is ideal for storing extra gear, boots, and bait, keeping the main bivvy clean and organized.
Twin-Skin Benefits: This wrap works by creating a twin-skin layer over the main bivvy. This is a crucial feature for improving insulation in colder months and significantly reducing condensation on the inside of the bivvy, making for a much more comfortable and dry environment.
Accommodates Two Bedchairs: A notable feature of the “X” model is its ability to comfortably accommodate two bedchairs when the Deluxe Wrap is installed with the main front panel still on. This effectively converts the bivvy into a spacious two-person shelter, perfect for fishing with a partner.
Versatile Panel System: The wrap can be used in two different configurations. You can use it as a simple overwrap with the bivvy’s front panel still in place, or you can completely remove the bivvy’s front panel and zip the wrap’s front panel directly to the bivvy’s frame, creating a single, larger shelter.
Aligned Ventilation: The wrap features four double-zipped vents that are precisely aligned with the vents on the Frontier II – X bivvy. This ensures that you can maintain excellent airflow and prevent moisture build-up even when the wrap is fully in place.
Added Stability: The extending ribs on the wrap are equipped with storm pole attachments. Using storm poles here provides a significant boost to the shelter’s stability, offering peace of mind in high winds.
Easy Attachment: It’s designed for a quick and simple setup. The wrap attaches to the bivvy using a user-friendly Velcro strap and D-Loop system, ensuring a secure fit.
