The Tension Trick: When using these Deluxe Anchors, avoid pulling the elastic to its absolute limit. You only need enough tension to keep the rig flat against the winder. If you over-stretch the anchor, you risk compressing the line over the edge of the winder, which can lead to “kinks” in your mono.
