The “Tight-Tuck” Technique: Don’t just throw the cover over and hope for the best! Use the pull cord toggled hem to cinch the cover tight around the base of your barrow frame. This prevents “parachuting” (where the wind gets under the cover and tries to lift it off) and creates a drip-edge that directs water straight to the ground, rather than letting it pool in your barrow bag
