Preston Innovations Monster XS Carp Feeder 11ft 45g

The Preston Innovations Monster XS Carp Feeder 11ft 45g is built on the success of the original Monster X series, elevating commercial feeder performance with a lighter, slimmer, and more responsive carbon blank. Designed specifically for anglers targeting commercial carp at distances beyond 35 metres, this rod combines improved recovery and enhanced casting accuracy with a forgiving, progressive parabolic action.

Whether you are launching Method feeders, Pellet feeders, or bomb setups, the 11ft 45g cushions sudden lunges under the rod tip to prevent hook pulls while maintaining the backbone needed to keep hard-fighting fish moving towards the net. Upgraded Seaguide Minima style guides cut down on blank weight and friction, while the flat ergonomic handle design and secure screw-down reel seat ensure maximum control and comfort during intensive sessions.

When stepping up to the 11ft 45g model for distance work, pair it with a medium-sized 4000 feeder reel loaded with a low-stretch mono (around 6lb–8lb). The larger Seaguide Minima guides significantly reduce line friction—allowing you to reach your 35m+ spots smoothly without having to force the cast or risk damaging lighter hooklinks on the bite.

Ideal Applications & Use Cases

Pellet & Hybrid Feeder Tactics: Handles loaded medium feeders effortlessly while maintaining the sensitivity needed to detect subtle bites.
Commercial Carp & F1s: Designed to manage high-workrate commercial sessions targeting everything from stockies and F1s to double-figure carp.
