Product Details and Uses

For decades, QUICK reels have stood for uncompromised quality, reliability and smoothness, and this DAM Quick Nova X Free Spool reel with Mono Line delivers that dependable platform genuinely ready to fish, pre-spooled with strong camo-coloured mono line so there’s no separate spooling job before you cast.

The free spool system, operated by a simple lever, is exactly what feeder and leger anglers need, letting a fish take line freely before you strike. Built to offer a great fishing experience at an affordable price, the Nova X FS runs on a 2+1 bearing system and a rigid graphite body, with the 3000FS size here pre-loaded with 0.26mm camo mono, a genuinely versatile line diameter for general coarse and feeder work.

Gerry’s Pro Tip

The camo mono colouring is a genuine practical touch for pressured or clear-water venues, less visible to fish than a bright standard mono while still offering the shock resistance mono is chosen for in the first place.

3 Examples of How and Where to Use It

Feeder and Leger Fishing Straight From the Box: Pre-spooled mono and a ready-to-use free spool system mean instant convenience.
Bite-and-Run Species Like Tench and Bream: The free spool lever lets a fish take line before you strike, reducing dropped runs.
Pressured or Clear Water Venues: Camo-coloured line is less visible to cautious fish than standard bright mono.
