The Century Eliminator Boat Rod 20-40lb is the powerhouse “middle-weight” of the Eliminator boat range, specifically engineered for the modern angler who needs more “muscle” than a standard rod can provide. At 8’4″, it is longer than traditional boat rods, offering superior leverage to steer massive fish away from wreck structures and keeping your line clear of the hull. This rod is a dedicated tool for tackling deep-water wrecks, strong tides, and large specimens like Cod, Pollack, and specimen Conger.

Built with Century’s legendary Autoclave and Anti-Twist Technology (AT-T), the blank is designed to handle the zero-stretch nature of braided lines. The three-zone blank action ensures you never lose the “feel” of a fish; a supple tip detects the tiniest of rattles in deep water, while the “engine room” in the butt section provides the brute force needed to dictate the fight against trophy-sized predators.
