The “Left Hand” designation makes it an ideal choice for right-handed anglers who prefer to cast with their dominant hand and retrieve with their non-dominant hand.

This baitcaster exemplifies this philosophy by focusing on key features that enhance the fishing experience, such as a compact and ergonomic body, a powerful drag system, and a smooth gear train. The reel is specifically engineered for all-around predator fishing with a focus on a wide range of lure weights.

Key Design Features

Left-Hand Retrieve: The handle is on the left side of the reel. This is a crucial feature for right-handed anglers, as it allows them to keep the rod in their dominant hand after a cast, ready to feel a bite and set the hook instantly, while retrieving with their left hand. This is a popular technique for repetitive casting with lures.
Low-Profile and Ergonomic Body: The reel’s body is designed to sit low on the rod, allowing the angler to comfortably “palm” the reel for a secure grip. This ergonomic shape reduces hand fatigue during long fishing sessions and provides a heightened sense of connection to the lure.
