Dexterâ€™s Specialist Lure rod is made using a high quality 30/40T carbon blank and is equipped with FujiÂ® KWAG top of the range guides. The Fuji exposed blank reel seat helps to reduce unnecessary weight, increase sensitivity and reducing fatigue for the angler. The combination of these high quality components produces a superb high tech rod to meet the demands on todays modern saltwater anglers.

The Plugger lure rod has been specially developed and tuned to handle plugs and poppers in sea conditions. The powerful rod blank allows the angler to punch lures into the wind and cast at significant distances. Plugs and poppers of up to 60g in weight can be cast easily. The extra length of the 9â€™6â€ rod gives excellent control of lures at distance and allows anglers to easily lift their line over breakers when fishing in the surf.

The plugger rod action is fast, responsive and powerful allowing the angler to pick up on any taps and vibrations and set the hook quickly. This fantastic rod is beautifully finished in a cross carbon helix weave pattern with metallic blue whippings.
