This 12-foot model offers the extra leverage required to launch heavy feeders into the distance while maintaining the refined “Bream Action” that prevents hook-pulls at the net.

Despite its “Power” moniker, the rod remains incredibly sophisticated thanks to the slimline IM Carbon blanks. The 2-section design provides a seamless curve that transitions beautifully from a sensitive tip to a backbone that can handle the “big hit.” With a mixed Cork/EVA handle for a comfortable, non-slip grip and a tubular reel seat, this rod is a dedicated workhorse for the serious feeder specialist.

The rod comes supplied with SUPERFLEX 2.2mm tips, featuring the power rating clearly indicated on the base for quick identification. Gerry’s Top Tip: The 12ft Power model is a fantastic “long-range” tool, but to get the best distance, pair it with a reel that has a slightly larger, shallower spool. This reduces the friction of the line hitting the first “butt guide” during the cast. Since this is a 2-section rod, it’s quite long when broken down, so make sure you use a 1.90m+ holdall (like the Sunset Sunpack Surfsport) to keep it fully protected during transport
