Here at Gerry’s Fishing, we find this 12ft version to be a superb “all-rounder” for silver fish enthusiasts who tackle larger ponds, canals, and slow-moving rivers where fish might be sitting just a few extra yards out.

Crafted from lightweight and superslim IM Carbon blanks, this rod is designed to be exceptionally responsive. With a slightly higher casting weight of 50g compared to its 11ft sibling, it offers the extra backbone needed to punch small to medium feeders accurately into a breeze, while still maintaining a beautiful, progressive action that protects fine hooklengths when playing fish.

Sensitive and Versatile

The Addiction Light 12′ comes supplied with two interchangeable SUPERFLEX 2.2mm tips (typically 0.50oz and 0.75oz), ensuring you can detect the tiniest “flick” from a cold-water roach or a cautious skimmer. The painted tip ends provide high visibility in all light conditions, and the power rating indicated on the base of each tip makes for effortless setup. Finished with a premium mixed Cork/EVA handle and a secure tubular reel seat, it’s a rod that feels significantly more expensive than its price tag suggests.
