Pro Tip from Gerry’s Fishing: When you return from a session, always peel your waders completely inside out to dry the interior first. Condensation naturally builds up from body heat, and ensuring the neoprene stocking feet dry entirely prevents mold and dramatically extends the life of the taped seams. Once the inside is dry, flip them right-side out to dry the exterior. Also, remember to size up slightly on your wading boots to accommodate the thickness of the CR neoprene sock!

• Do these waders come with wading boots?
  No, the Kinetic X5 features a “stocking foot” design with a built-in neoprene sock. You will need to purchase a separate pair of wading boots to wear over them.
• Are these waders suitable for saltwater use?
  Absolutely. The heavy-duty 5-layer construction is tough enough for the coast. We simply recommend thoroughly rinsing both the waders and the zippers with fresh tap water after every saltwater session to maintain their condition.
• What are “Japanese seams”?
  Japanese seam taping is widely regarded as the premium standard in waterproof garment construction. By gluing, stitching, and fully taping the seams, Kinetic ensures there are zero weak points for water to seep through, even under heavy water pressure.
• Why do I need a wading belt?
  Aside from providing a customized, comfortable fit, the included wading belt is a critical safety feature. If you were to accidentally fall in, a tightly secured belt prevents water from rapidly rushing down into the legs of the waders, helping you maintain buoyancy and safely wade out.
