Staggering Reel Placement: When packing two ready-rods with large 5000-size feeder reels, seat one rod butt completely at the base of the holdall and secure the second rod slightly higher using a neoprene rod strap. Offsetting the reel bodies prevents the spools from pressing directly against each other, creating a slimmer profile that zips smoothly without putting tension on the seam.
