This squid is unwashed (dirty) as it comes out of the sea, giving off more scent and therefore fish find it quicker also it washes out slower leaving more of a scent trail.
The squid is an ideal bait size to either fish whole or can be used whole or cut into strips
Ideally fished on a Pulley Pennel or a Pulley Dropper for the bigger species Rays Cod Bass Smoothound.
When smaller mouthed fish Bream etc them cut into strips
Squid is a great bait to use in cocktails with worm, or fish baits
