The addition of super-slow oscillation ensures flawless line lay on the shallow-cast spool, which is essential for achieving the extreme distances required on large venues.

“The Turbospod 14000 is built like a tank. The open bail rotor lock is a feature you’ll truly appreciate; it prevents the bail arm from accidentally snapping shut mid-cast—a common cause of lost spods and snapped braid. To get the absolute best distance, I recommend loading the spool with a high-performance 20lb or 30lb spod braid. And don’t forget to use the included finger stall; at 1.45m of retrieve per turn, you’ll be casting frequently, and that extra protection is vital for your casting finger!
