The Tronixpro Round Beads Max Pack – 4mm is a bulk quantity of a small, essential rig-making component, primarily used for attraction and securing other parts of the rig.

Size: 4mm diameter. This is a small to medium-sized bead, ideal for creating a neat, streamlined rig profile while still providing visual interest.
Quantity (Max Pack): While the maximum pack size for 3mm is often 400 and 5mm is 300, the 4mm “Max Pack” may vary or be sold in standard packs due to its intermediate size. However, it will always be a significantly greater quantity than the small retail packs. Standard smaller packs of 4mm are commonly sold, and they are sometimes part of the larger, colored Max Pack options.

Primary Uses for 4mm Beads

The 4mm bead is a highly versatile workhorse bead for most sea fishing rigs:

Snood Stops (Rig Body): Their most common use is as stop beads on the main rig body. They are crimped in place (often with a small crimp on either side of a swivel) to create a fixed position for a snood. This size is small enough to be neat but large enough to secure most common rig swivels effectively.
Attraction: The colorful or luminous options are used on snoods (the hook lengths) to provide visual attraction near the bait, targeting species that respond to color, such as flatfish.
Buffer: They can serve as a light-duty buffer to protect the knot on a swivel from the hard edges of a crimp or other metal component.
