Who are Gerry’s Fishing?
We are a family-run, independent fishing store based in sunny Morecambe, Lancashire. For over 40 years, we have served the angling community with pride. What makes us different? Every member of our staff is a keen angler, so we understand exactly what you need on the bank or the boat.

What is your return policy?
Standard Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on any item purchased online, provided it is returned in its original, unused condition. We are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange.
Postage: Return postage is paid by the customer. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the postage cost to send the new item out to you.
Christmas Returns: Buying a gift? Don’t worry. Our returns period is extended until January 30th for the festive season.
Warranties: Most products come with a standard 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise). This covers legitimate breakages or manufacturing faults that occur during normal use for which the product was designed.
Note: This does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage caused by the user.
We will generally repair or replace the item following the specific guidance of our suppliers. If you are unsure if your issue is covered, just ask us!
What are your postage costs and delivery times?
Costs: Postage varies based on your location and parcel size. This is automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your address. You can also view our full postage rates by Clicking Here.
Delivery Times: We stock over 50,000 different products—yes, there really is that much tackle available at your favourite store! Because we can’t keep everything on one shelf, some items may take slightly longer to dispatch than others. Exact delivery estimates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

International: UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on destination)
All parcels are packed with care and fully insured.
What payment options do you offer?

Digital Wallets: PayPal.
Finance & Split Payments: PayPal Credit, Klarna (split payments), and V12 Finance (for larger orders).
Do you price match?
We check our prices weekly to ensure we offer the latest gear at the most competitive prices. Generally, we are as cheap as anywhere else you will find—but remember, our prices are backed by decades of expert advice and aftercare that big box shifters can’t match.

How do I check the status of my order?
The quickest way to track your order is via your online account. You can login by Clicking Here.
From your dashboard, you can view your order history, check estimated dispatch times, print invoices, and see real-time status updates (e.g., Dispatched, Cancelled, Completed).
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes! If you are local to Morecambe or passing through, simply select “In-Store Collection” at checkout. We will notify you when your tackle is ready to be picked up.
