“The beauty of the 2-piece Tidal XR is its recovery speed. Because the blank stops vibrating almost instantly after the cast, it drastically reduces line friction. To get the best out of it, don’t try to ‘rip’ the cast; use a smooth, progressive build-up. If you’re using a Multiplier, try fishing ‘reel down’—this lowers the rod’s center of gravity and gives you massive leverage to compress that 30T carbon butt section for an extra 10-15 yards of distance
