The Savage Gear Fazor 2500HG is the precision tool for the modern lure angler. While its matte-black, stealthy design keeps a low profile, the “HG” (High Gear) performance is anything but subtle. Engineered with a 6.2:1 gear ratio, this reel is designed to pick up line quickly, allowing you to stay in constant contact with your lure and react instantly to the slightest touch from a predator.

Built with a Carbon Reinforced Composite (CRC) body and rotor, the 2500HG is exceptionally light, yet it maintains the structural rigidity required to house our patented Precision Cut Gearing. By combining 7+1 sealed stainless steel bearings with a 1-piece CNC machined SST handle, we have eliminated mechanical play, giving you a direct-drive feel that is both incredibly smooth and deceptively powerful.
