The Garbolino 2430BN “Power Bend” is widely considered the “reference” hook for modern commercial carp fishing. It strikes the perfect balance between the extreme strength of a heavy-duty hook and the aggressive hooking mechanics of a curved pattern. Designed for versatility, this rig is just as comfortable being used for “speed fishing” in open water as it is for wrestling double-figure carp away from nearside snags.

These 15cm rigs are tied using Japanese-quality Fluoro Power nylon, a fluorocoated line that offers superior abrasion resistance and low visibility without the stiffness of pure fluorocarbon. The rigs are supplied on Garbolino’s signature rigid PVC winder plates, which clip together to form a modular, organized system that fits perfectly into standard seatbox drawers.
