The Avid Carp EXO+ Extension Cap is a dedicated accessory designed to seamlessly integrate with the Avid Carp EXO+ Bivvy. Its purpose is to significantly increase the footprint and living space of the bivvy, creating a large, sheltered porch area that is perfect for a variety of uses.

Spacious Porch Area: This extension cap is engineered to create a large porch at the front of the EXO+ Bivvy. This area serves as a versatile space for storing a vast amount of gear, setting up a cooking station, or simply providing a comfortable, covered area for socialising, particularly during prolonged sessions or when fishing with a partner.
Two-Person Shelter Conversion: By adding the extension cap, the EXO+ Bivvy transforms from a 1-person+ shelter into a more spacious and accommodating 2-person shelter, offering comfort for two anglers and all their equipment.
High-Quality, Weatherproof Fabric: The extension is made from the same high-performance 20,000mm hydrostatic head khaki brown EX fabric as the main bivvy. This ensures a perfect aesthetic match and, more importantly, provides excellent waterproof protection, keeping you and your gear dry even in heavy rain.
Versatile Front Panel: The front panel of the extension cap is highly versatile. It includes a solid infill with a large, “letterbox-style” door that can be opened from the top or bottom. For warmer weather, a full mosquito mesh option is also included, allowing for superb ventilation while keeping insects out.
Dual Side Doors: The extension cap is equipped with dual side doors, each with a combination of solid and mesh panels. This design provides multiple entry and exit points and allows for excellent cross-ventilation, helping to reduce condensation and keep the interior cool.
Comprehensive Package: The extension cap is a complete kit. It comes with a heavy-duty groundsheet to keep the floor of the porch area clean and dry, storm straps for added stability in windy conditions, support bars, an oversized carry bag for easy transport, and heavy-duty pegs. The carry bag is designed with dedicated pockets for the poles and pegs, making packing away organized and efficient.
Rod Retention Straps: For convenience, the extension cap features two side rod retention straps, providing a secure place to lean your rods when they’re not in use.
