While its larger siblings (the 6000 and 7000) are designed for big-pit distance, the 4000 size is the finesse choice. It retains the classic aesthetic—featuring the easy-folding aluminum handle and signature wooden knob—but in a weight and size that balances perfectly on 10ft to 12ft rods.

The Pulzar PZB-4000 is built around Okuma’s reliable Auto-switch freespool system. This allows a fish to take your bait and run with minimal resistance—essential for wary species like Tench, Bream, and Zander—until you turn the handle to engage the main 10kg drag.

Auto-Switch Freespool System: The rear lever disengages the main gear, allowing the spool to spin freely. As soon as you turn the handle, the system “trips” and switches back to the front drag for a controlled hookset.
