The Fox Frontier II – Camo Deluxe Extension is the camouflage version of the standard Deluxe Extension, designed to be used with the Fox Frontier II Camo bivvy range. It provides the same extensive features and benefits as its green counterpart, with the added appeal of Fox’s unique camo pattern.

Key Features and Description

Camo Ven-Tec Fabric: The extension is made from a unique camo-colored Ven-Tec fabric. This high-performance material boasts a 20,000mm hydrostatic head rating, ensuring exceptional waterproofing, and a blackout laminate lining for a dark interior, which helps to reduce condensation and provides a comfortable, shaded environment.
Massive Increase in Space: This accessory adds a substantial 1.5 meters of covered space to the front of your bivvy. This creates a large porch or communal area, perfect for cooking, relaxing, or storing a significant amount of gear, keeping it dry and out of the main sleeping area.
Full Twin-Skin Coverage: The extension’s rear section is designed to completely cover the main bivvy. This “full twin-skin” effect provides superior insulation, helping to keep the bivvy warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Most importantly, it dramatically reduces condensation, a common issue in single-skin bivvies.
Customizable Panel System: The Camo Deluxe Extension offers a high level of versatility to adapt to changing weather conditions.
- Rear Panels: All four rear panels can be completely removed, allowing you to create a “cap” style for increased airflow and a shaded front.
- Side Panels: The solid side panels are fully removable and can be swapped for the included mozzy mesh panels, providing excellent ventilation while keeping insects out.
- Front Panel: The front panel is also fully removable and can be replaced with a camo mozzy mesh front panel.
- Door Options: The front door comes with two interchangeable options: a clear PVC window for visibility during rain and a solid camo panel for maximum protection and privacy.
Durable and Stable Construction: The extension is built around a lightweight aluminum frame with Fox’s reliable Cam-Lok frame supports, ensuring a strong and stable structure that can withstand harsh weather.
Included Accessories: It is supplied with a heavy-duty groundsheet, mozzy mesh side panels, a mozzy mesh front panel, storm cord eyelets with cords stored in the peg bag, and a double-zipped carry bag.
Easy Attachment: The extension attaches to the main bivvy using a simple and secure Velcro strap and D-Loop system, making for an easier and faster setup.
