The Sonik Xtractor+ Custom 10′ 3.25lb is the refined “all-rounder” of the Xtractor+ family. Built for the angler who values a beautiful playing action just as much as casting power, this rod offers a sophisticated blend of high-end materials and “compact” convenience. Crafted with a Super-High-Modulus low resin carbon blank, it features a matt armoured-carbon helix construction that provides a slim, lightweight profile with surprising strength.

The technical edge of this rod lies in its BulletPoint™ tip construction, which offers ultra-fast recovery. This means that after a cast, the tip stabilizes almost instantly, allowing your line to flow through the American Tackle Ti-Forged Air Guides with minimal friction for maximum accuracy. Where to Use the Xtractor+ Custom 10′ 3.25lb

Small to Medium Waters: The 3.25lb test curve is the perfect “player’s rod” for UK day-ticket waters and club lakes. It has enough backbone to cast 3oz leads but remains incredibly fun when playing fish.
Surface Fishing & Stalking: Because it is lightweight and balanced, this rod is a dream for “floater” fishing or stalking carp in the margins where you need a responsive tip to react to sudden lunges.
Tight Swims: The retractable design allows you to set up in the most cramped pegs where a traditional 12ft rod would be impossible to cast or bank.

“The 3.25lb version is the most forgiving rod in the Xtractor+ 10ft range. The VARI-TAPER™ joint gives it a lovely ‘arc’ when a fish is under the rod tip. If you’re fishing at closer ranges (under 60 yards), try pairing this with a 0.30mm or 0.33mm monofilament. The 50mm ringing ensures you’ll still hit your mark with ease, but the slightly softer test curve will protect your hook-holds much better than the 3.5lb or 4lb models when the fish is thrashing near the net
