The Shimano Aero Pro Landing Net 16″ is a compact, high-speed net designed for match anglers who prioritize agility and efficiency. At Gerry’s Fishing, we recommend the 40cm “Pan” for targeting larger silverfish, such as skimmers, roach, and perch, or for high-intensity sessions catching smaller F1 carp. Its smaller profile makes it incredibly easy to handle in the wind and allows for lightning-fast netting in the heat of a competition.

Despite its smaller diameter, it utilizes the exact same heavy-duty extruded anodised aluminium frame as the larger 22″ model. This ensures that if you do hook into a larger bonus fish, the frame will not flex or buckle. The frame is anchored into a high-impact polycarbonate (ABS) spreader block with a dual-screw attachment for maximum durability.
