At Gerry’s Fishing, we find the 46cm size to be the “sweet spot” for F1 carp and quality silverfish like large bream, tench, and chub. It offers a more compact profile than the 20″ model, making it incredibly fast to handle, yet it retains the heavy-duty extruded anodised aluminium frame used across the entire Pro range.

By utilizing a dual-size mesh, Shimano has solved the problem of water resistance. The larger 5mm side mesh allows the net to “glide” through the water, while the 3mm base mesh protects your fish and prevents your hair rig from getting snagged.
