Pro Tip: To maximize the life of your elastic, always store your catapult out of direct sunlight when not in use, as UV rays can cause latex to perish. When using the adjustable settings, start with a lower tension than you think you need. It is much easier to increase the tension to reach a target than it is to “feel” a consistent partial pull on a high-tension setting. Once you find the setting that hits your float with a full pull, lock it in for ultimate consistency!

Examples of Where to Use

Pole Fishing: Use the lower tension settings to accurately drop small amounts of bait (like 4mm pellets or maggots) directly over your pole tip with minimal splash.
Waggler/Pellet Waggler: Set the frame to a higher tension to reach distance marks. The adjustable settings ensure your feed lands exactly where your float is sitting, rather than falling short or overshooting.
