Where To Use It

Pike and predator sessions on natural and stocked waters — The 12cm, 53g glidebait casts long distances and swims with a tight, searching action that’s proven on Northern Pike.
Perch and Bass fishing — The realistic swimming action and flash of these colourways make it a genuine multi-species predator lure, not just a pike bait.
Low-light and coloured-water sessions — Bright, hand-painted finishes with strong contrast help the lure stand out and get noticed when visibility is reduced.
Muskie fishing — Full wire-through-body construction gives the strength and reliability needed to handle serious Muskie power on the strike and the fight.

Gerry’s Fishing Pro Tip: Work this glidebait with a slow, steady retrieve punctuated by the odd pause — the suspending action means it hangs enticingly in the strike zone during the pause, which is often exactly when a following predator commits.

FAQs

Q: Is this lure suspending or sinking?

A: This version is suspending, meaning it hangs in the water column on the pause rather than rising or dropping — ideal for working slowly through a predator’s strike zone.

Q: What species is it best suited to?

A: It’s a genuine multi-species predator lure, proven on Northern Pike, Perch, Bass and Muskie.

Q: Which colourways are available?

A: Three Limited Edition Halloween colourways: Radioactive Ripper, Hellfire Nightmare and Graveyard Prey, while stocks last.

Q: Is the finish durable?

A: Yes, each colourway is hand painted and finished to a high standard, built around a tough ABS plastic body with full wire-through-body construction for durability on the strike.

Q: Is it lead free?

A: Yes, the Westin Swim Glidebait is lead free.
