No, this is the “Toppa” cover only. It is designed to be fitted to the Breakaway Weight Tray which is sold separately or often comes standard with seat box conversion kits.

Is it difficult to remove with cold, wet hands?

Not at all. The design features a tactile edge that allows you to lever the cover off easily, even in winter conditions, while still maintaining enough tension to stay shut during a bumpy trek.

Will it hold large 6oz or 7oz grip leads?

Yes. As long as the weights fit within the compartments of your Breakaway tray, the Tray Toppa will sit flush and secure them. It is designed to accommodate the height of standard sea fishing leads including long-tail grip leads.
