While the rest of the Tidal range focuses on finesse, the Tubular Tip models are the “power hitters” of the family—engineered for maximum energy transfer and massive casting distances.

Built on a responsive 30T carbon blank, this 4.20m (14ft) 3-piece rod offers an incredible strength-to-weight ratio. It’s slim, easy to handle, and features a stiffer tubular tip section that refuses to “fold” during a powerful cast, making it the ultimate tool for reaching the marks that others simply can’t.

Power Meets Precision Performance

30T Carbon Construction: The blank is built from high-modulus 30T carbon, providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong backbone. It’s designed to load progressively and recover instantly, which is the secret to achieving consistent distance session after session.
Stiff Tubular Tip: Unlike hybrid tips that offer extreme flexibility, the tubular tip on this model provides extra “kick” during the cast. This makes it much easier to compress the rod and launch 5oz-6oz leads with total confidence.
Tangle-Free K-Type Guides: Finished with Saltwater-proof K-Type guides, this rod is built for the elements. The specialized frame design sheds loops of mono or braid instantly, preventing the “crack-offs” that often happen during high-energy power casts.

Deep Water & Fast Tides: The stiffer tip handles tidal pull much better than a hybrid tip, keeping your gear pinned to the sea bed in a ripping current.

“The Tubular Tip version is the ‘big-caster’ of the Tidal range. Because the tip is stiffer, it responds beautifully to a smooth but firm ‘overhead thump’ or a ‘high-swinging off-the-ground’ cast. To get the best out of this rod, pair it with a 7000-sized long-cast fixed spool reel and a slightly heavier lead (around 150g-170g). You’ll find that the rod really ‘wakes up’ with a bit of weight on it, loading deeper into the mid-section and firing your rig like a catapult
