There is a wide range of boat rods available, ranging from 5ft to 7ft and in several different weight classes. The lighter 5ft boat rods are perfectly suitable for fishing from small boats and kayaks, while the 6ft and 7ft versions are also available in more heavy versions for for example targetting big conger, cod or pollock in greater depths. The carbon composite blanks are giving the rod enough power to make far casting possible. The SALT Surfcasting rods are the perfect rods for all anglers who are looking for good quality material with an incredible value for money.
