At Gerry’s Fishing, we find this Extra Fast (X Fast) model to be the most sensitive in the range, designed specifically for technical lure work where “feel” is everything. Finished in the iconic Stradic white, it is the perfect performance match for your Stradic spinning reels.

The shorter 7’2″ length combined with the Extra Fast taper creates a rod that is incredibly “crisp” in the hand. It excels at twitching and jerking hardbaits or working light soft plastics with total accuracy. Built on a High Modulus Carbon blank and reinforced with Diaflash technology, this rod eliminates blank twist during the cast and the fight, ensuring that despite its lightness, it has the backbone to stop a hard-running Bass in its tracks.
