The “300” in the name indicates its large size, while “LSG” stands for Low Speed Gear, and “RH” specifies that it is a right-hand retrieve model. Heavy-Duty Construction: The reel is built on a robust, fully aluminum one-piece frame. This provides a rigid and reliable foundation that prevents flex and ensures smooth operation even when fighting the largest of fish. The larger 300 size features a fully aluminum frame for maximum strength.
Bearing System: It features a 7+1 sealed stainless steel ball bearing system. This is a high-quality system that provides a very smooth retrieve and casting experience, even under heavy loads.
Braking System: The reel is equipped with an Internal Centrifugal Brake (CBS6) with six shoes. This system offers a high degree of control over the spool, helping to prevent backlashes and allowing for fine-tuning of the cast to match different lure weights and wind conditions.
Drag System: The drag system is a multi-stack Teflon drag. It provides a smooth and consistent drag pressure, which is crucial for fighting powerful fish.
