Secure your piece of angling history with the Daiwa Millionaire 7HT Mag Super Tuned, widely regarded as the finest casting multiplier ever produced. Available to pre-order now at Gerry’s Fishing for its final January 2027 production run, this reel is the ultimate investment for serious surfcasters and beach anglers who demand extreme distance and flawless performance.

Unrivalled Engineering and Product Details

Daiwa’s engineers have pushed the absolute boundaries of reel design with this masterpiece, machining the spool to such exacting standards that balance is perfect down to the nanosecond. By improving manufacturing tolerances by up to 400%, Daiwa has created a multiplier reel that genuinely earns the title of “Super-Tuned.”

At the heart of this reel is the highly praised, intelligent Magnofuge magnetic braking system, which has been tweaked and perfected to offer unparalleled casting control. Whether you are a tournament caster hitting maximum distances or an everyday angler looking to add a few extra yards to your cast, the Magnofuge system dynamically adjusts to your ability. For the bravest on the beach, spinning the magnetic braking dial allows the spool to hit a staggering 30,000 revs in the blink of an eye.

The high-speed acceleration and deceleration are completely drama-free, silky smooth, and devoid of vibration, thanks to a premium squad of nine ball bearings. Visually, it is just as striking, featuring a smart twilight side plate livery paired with vibrant red spools and accents, finished with a highly comfortable, workmanlike handle that ensures optimum grip in all conditions.

Pier and Breakwater Fishing: The fast 5.8:1 retrieve and powerful brass drive make it excellent for bringing gear up quickly to avoid snags on man-made structures.

Gerry’s Fishing Pro Tip

To get the absolute maximum distance out of the 7HT Mag Super Tuned, ensure you do not overfill the spool. Leave about 2mm of space from the spool lip. When you take it out on the beach for the first time, start with the Magnofuge dial on a highly conservative setting. As you get a feel for the 30,000 rev acceleration, click the dial back notch by notch until you find the sweet spot that perfectly matches your casting style and the day’s wind conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When will I receive my reel? This is the absolute last batch Daiwa is producing of the 7HT Mag Super Tuned. Pre-orders placed now with Gerry’s Fishing are scheduled for delivery in January 2027. We highly recommend reserving yours immediately before they are gone forever.

Is this reel suitable for beginners? Yes. While it is a highly tuned, professional-grade reel, the intelligent Magnofuge casting control is highly forgiving. It adjusts dynamically, making it usable by anglers of any casting ability without the constant fear of bird-nests.

Can it handle rough ground fishing? While the duraluminum frame and brass drive are incredibly strong, this reel is precision-engineered primarily for extreme distance casting over clean to mixed ground. For extremely heavy kelp or rock fishing, you may want to look at a heavier-duty winching reel, but for 90% of beach scenarios, the 7HT Mag Super Tuned is unmatched.

Do I need to upgrade the bearings? Absolutely not. The reel comes factory-fitted with nine ultra-premium bearings that have been balanced and spaced to perfection. It is completely “super-tuned” straight out of the box.

Pre-order yours today at Gerry’s Fishing and experience the pinnacle of multiplier casting technology.
